A Poem Draft

Joy

Joy in some is gold-caught emerald;
in others it is sunlit grass.
Some see it as the shapes that stay,
but others as the songs that pass.
I taste it as the rich, ripe fruit
brought from the bough to waiting tongue;
it sweetly maddens, Hesperid wine,
ever ancient, ever young.
